Very Nice app but bug with OS4!!!

I have used this app for about 4 months now and it was fantastic up to the upgrade to OS4 (iPod). Now, at the beggining of a new day, I cannot see its data until I turn my IPod off (lock is not enough). I dont see the data for the current day unless I look at the entire month (this day or this week show all the data but the current day) or turn off the ipod wich is very inconvenient. Please fix this problem so that I can enjoy this app as before and give it the 5 stars it deserves when its working fine.
